Sterling Fly Junior High is excited to announce a new addition to our cafeteria that is sure to make lunchtime even more convenient for our students! Thanks to the generosity of Eva and Arturo Gallegos, also known as the Gallegos Family, the school now has two microwaves available for student use during lunch.
In a move aimed at making the lunch period more accessible for all students, the Gallegos family stepped forward with the idea of providing the microwaves, which will allow students to heat up their meals from home. This thoughtful initiative helps ensure that everyone has a chance to enjoy a hot meal during the school day.
The new microwaves will be available in the cafeteria during lunch hours, giving students the opportunity to warm up leftovers, frozen meals, or home-prepared dishes. Whether it's a homemade casserole, a sandwich in need of a quick heat-up, or even a bowl of soup, these microwaves will help make lunchtime a more enjoyable and flexible experience for all.
The Gallegos family's contribution is just one example of the amazing support and involvement our community members have shown toward enhancing the student experience at Sterling Fly Junior High. Their generosity speaks volumes about the close-knit nature of our school community and the commitment we all share to the success and well-being of our students.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Gallegos Family for their kindness and for helping make Sterling Fly Junior High a better place for all students.
Help us spread the word! Share this post with your friends and family, and let’s celebrate the positive changes happening at our school. And don't forget to remind your students to take advantage of the new microwaves next time they're in the cafeteria!
